Review Salsa on the Rock

Scott the proprietor and staff are always the very best! The happy hour is out of this world, their cocktails are awesome (try the strawberry jalapeño margarita). The food is always fresh made, down to the very last detail! Pair that with the best patio seating in town. It’s a gem in Rockrimmon, well worth visiting.

My husband and I have been looking for some good Mexican food. We were completely delighted with the food here. One of the best meals I have had in the Springs. This restaurant does not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful. So grateful to have found this culinary jewel.

We did a last minute take out order for seven. Scott made sure that our order was correct and promised it would be ready at 5:45pm. The food was fresh, well prepared and delicious. Our guests were impressed and will now be using Salsa on the Rocks. Thanks for the great service!

I’ve been coming here for 19 years and now that Scott has taken over it’s even better! The staff is still incredible and the menu has improved. I always find a reason to come a couple times a week!
