When I moved back to Colorado Springs in the early 2000s, my very young daughter always wanted to go to the “parrot restaurant” here in Rockrimmon. Who would have imagined that nearly two decades later I would own that very same restaurant!
As an Air Academy High School grad, I love the Rockrimmon area and all it has to offer — … great people, fantastic views and some awesome memories! We all love this community and enjoy supporting it and all the amazing people who make it so wonderful! Stop on by, enjoy and experience so much more than fresh Mexican Food Colorado Springs.
While we have preserved the spirit of the original “Salsa,” I also want to share my family with you. You will see parrots for my daughter, pictures of my family and pictures of our “Salsa” family as well. We are known for our tasty Mexican-style treats, but we offer so much more than a Mexican Grill! Brunch is served from open until 2:00pm daily, ribs and shrimp, burgers and more mouth watering favorites! We go above and beyond a fresh Mexican grill to better serve you a variety of satisfaction in flavor.
